 Perishable Goods

As we are supplying perishable goods, it is advisable you check the goods upon delivery. In case an item is unsuitable for consumption or damaged, you need to notify us within 24h of the delivery time. Our contact details are 0121 798 0214 and hello@kulfibhai.co.uk for stating the reason for return. You are required to provide evidence (photos or videos) of the product along with the batch number. Your query will go through our internal control process. Once accepted we will issue a refund within 7 days of the request. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

As per the Consumer Rights Act 2015, certain types of items cannot be returned, like fresh or frozen products, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Cancellations

Cancellations requests need to be made by calling the office at 0121 798 0214 before 11 am. If your goods have been despatched before cancellation you will be liable for the costs of returning the unwanted items.
