Delivery Policy
At the moment, we deliver only in Birmingham postcodes, and your designated delivery day is Sunday. To qualify for Sunday delivery, the latest order needs to be placed by Friday at 2pm.

Missed delivery
If you are not able to receive your delivery on Sunday, please phone the office on 0121 798 0214, before 12pm on Friday and we will try and reschedule your delivery.

Due to high demand we cannot guarantee timings for delivery, the usual estimated time that your delivery will arrive will be between 7:00am - 11:00pm.

Any issues regarding delivery please direct message on the website or email orders@kulfibhai.com with your name, order number and issue.
